      Source from Resurgo, The History of Moncton, Volume 1, 1990 by Pincombe and Larracey, page 117 reports her to be the daughter of William STEADMAN and marrying Charles Black of Moncton Parish on 4 October 1836. He purchased about one half acre of land from William STEADMAN in June 1847 and the Deed was registered 25 September 1847.
