On 1 Nov 1692 at Kingstown, Washington County, RI, James Sands, of Block Island, assigned a deed for 250 acres in Pettyquamscut to Enoch Place Jr (Beaman, "Rhode Island Genealogical Register", Volume 4, page 235 from NK LE Vol 1 p 53.). He was admitted free on 5 May 1696 at Kingstown, Washington County, RI (Records of the Colony, Volume III, page 311.). He died in Dec 1703 at Kingstown, Washington County, RI, at age 45.
