This data has been contributed by many individuals. It is intended as an ongoing project, so corrections and/or additions would be appreciated. Many records have estimated dates preceded by est. These are not intended to mislead, but to facilitate future research. Readers are counselled to do their own verifications as much of the data has been assembled from family lore and recollections. Most records show the names and/or e-mail addresses of the original contributor, however since I will be updating the assembled file I would appreciate being told of any changes to be made.
