According to family tradition Evelyn was born into the Gillette family (as in Razor blades). She was baptized and followed the Roman Catholic religion. Evelyn married Ted Cass in 1939 at St. Brendan's Church in Dorchester. She died before 1980 and her funeral was also at St. Brendan's Church. Source: 1.
