      Miss Cassie STEADMAN, a niece of Judge STEADMAN of this city, died at Shediac (West. Co.) Wednesday eve. She had been ill for some time with pneumonia which developed into consumption. She leaves one sister, Mrs. Howard STEADMAN of Forks, Elkorn, Kentucky and one brother, Geo. H. STEADMAN of Hopewell Cape (Albert Co.)

      The death of Miss Cassie STEADMAN, niece of Judge STEADMAN, Fredericton and Mrs. Jos. CRANDALL, Moncton, occurred at the home of W.B. DEACON, Shediac (West. Co.) last eve. Miss Steadman had been ill for some time with pneumonia which developed into consumption. She leaves one sister, Mrs. Howard STEADMAN of Forks of Elkorn, Kentucky and one brother, Geo. H. STEADMAN, Hopewell Cape (Albert Co.). The funeral takes place tomorrow afternoon 3 o'clock local time, interment taking place at the Moncton Rural Cemetery.
