The death occurred at an early hour this morn. of A.D.M. boyne s/o Thomas boyne and brother of G. gordon boyne. He was born in Weymouth, N.S. 47 years ago and has lived in St. John most of his life. In the temperance organizations he was an ernest worker and at the time of his death was treasurer of the Sirion Lodge I.O.G.T. He first became identified with the Fireman's Division, S. of T. and was a member of it till it ceased to exist. Since then he has been a member of the Independent Order of the Good Templars and at one time was Grand Treasurer of the Grand Lodge. He has also been a zealous member of the Coburg Street Christian Church. Mr. boyne married Miss Simpson d/o late Thomas SIMPSON. His wife and four children survive him. - [S0044] Daniel F. By the death of A.D.M. BOYNE, which event occurred at his home at an early hour Saturday morn., the Independent Order of the Good Temperance has lost one of its most ardent advcates, the Coburg Christian church a fervent member and his family a good provider. Mr. Boyne had been a sufferer from dyspepsia for many years and during the past few months he has been confined to his room from dropsy - the immediate cause of his death. Deceased was born in Weymouth, N.S. about 47 years ago. He has resided in this city the greater part of his life. He was a book-keeper for Messrs. Elkin & Hatfield.
